Faces Against Window

The Mentor A Child (MAC) Program was established in 2005 under No More Poverty Productions (NMPP).  We train individuals and groups on necessary skills needed to get involved and assist the schools in their communities through their service, commitment and financial support.

Household Of Faith Church, South Acres

  • 2005--Purchased 760 uniforms and backpacks for elementary children of Robert Frost Elementary of South Acres area of Houston, Texas.

  • 2008--Purchased a Smart Board for the Albert Thomas Jr. High School classroom.

  • 2013 & 2017--Sponsored a Backpack Book Drive supplying children with books of their choice.

The MAC Program is financially supported through NMPP and its committed supporters.

Each school year we ask donors to commit $500 to $1000 to support a child throughout the current school year.

With these contributions we are able to adopt a child in need of mentoring and support by developing and providing these programs:

  • Funding for School Field Trips

  • After-School Meal Pack

  • Mentoring & Tutoring Assistance

  • Reading is FUN Book Drive
